OCA Culture and Education Committee Meeting 22-01-2006

The OCA cultural and Education Committee, under the Chairmanship of Mr. Hemasiri Fernando met in Taipei on 22nd of January 2006.   

The Committee mourned the sad demise of Mr. Cheong Vei Kai, Secretary General NOC of Macau and one of the Members of the Committee and unanimously co-opted Mr. Manual Silverio to replace Mr. Kai.

The Committee also discussed in the detailed the Cultural Ceremonies for the 15th Asian Games and also the publication of the book on the sporting culture of Asia.
