44th OCA Executive Board & Secretary Generals meeting 08-09-2005

The 24th General Assembly was preceded by the Annual meeting of the Secretaries General with the Director of Olympic Solidarity and the 44th OCA Executive Board Meeting which were held on 8th of September 2005 in Guangzhou.
