OCA Finance Committee 08-09-2005

The OCA Finance Committee under the Chairmanship of Dr. Feng-Shu Chang was held in Guangzhou on 8th of September 2005.  Also present in the meeting were Raja Randhir Singh, Secretary General OCA and Mr. Hussain Al-Musallam, Technical Director, OCA.  The Committee unanimously approved the Audited Statement of Accounts for the year 2004.
