OCA Headquarters 18-12-2004

The Director General OCA, Mr. Muttaleb Ahmad along with Technical Director OCA, Mr. Hussain al-Musallam, met on Sunday the 19th December 2004, with the Engineers who are looking after the construction of the OCA HQs in Salmiya.  The Director General provided the engineers with the general overview of the OCA requirements for the OCA HQ.
