Bali Technical delegates meeting 08-04-2008

A joint meeting between the OCA, Bali Asian Beach Games Organizing Committee (BABGOC) and the Technical delegates of the Asian Federations participating in the Ist Asian Beach Games was held in Bali on 8th and 9th of April 2009.   The OCA team consisted of Mr. Wei Jizhong, Chairman Sports Committee, Dr. M. Jegathesan, Chairman Medical Committee, Mr. Haider Farman Manager Asian Games Department OCA and  Mrs. Isable Da Silva, Member Women’s Committee.

The committee duly insected the venues, the Anti-Doping facilities and the Games Family Hotel.   A detailed Technical meeting was held between the OCA/BABGOC/AF Technical delegates with the Games operation departments.  

Mr. Wei Jizhong express his satisfaction at the progress and stated that a final inspection of the venues will conducted in September after the installation of the temporary venues.  

The Chef-de-Mission meeting for the Ist Asian Beach Games will be held in early June 2008.
