President OCA elected Chairman of OPEC  15-09-2004

H.H. Sheikh Ahmad Fahad Al-Sabah, President of the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA) was elected as Chairman of the Oil Producing and Exporting Countries (OPEC) in its meeting held in Vienna on 15th of September 2004.

H.H. Sheikh Ahmad is the Minister of Energy (Oil & Gas and Water & Electricity) in the Kuwait Government.
