Women's Committee 16-07-2007

The First meeting of the newly elected Women's Committee under the Chairmanship of Mrs. Natalya Sipovich was held in Bangkok on held in Seoul on 16th of July 2007. 

The meeting discussed in details the reference points for the committee to function and making fruitful contribution to Women's and Sports in the  Asian Continent.   The Committee was of the unanimous view that the role of women sports leaders should be enhanced and the NOCs should be encouraged to involve more women in its structure for development of sports.   The Committee also wished to organize a Women's Congress where in all the Womens Sports Leaders in Asia would be invited to make a contribution.
