HRH Sheikh Tamim Al-Hamad Al-Thani, Heir Apparent
and President of the Qatar
National Olympic Committee. The award was present on
26th of May 2007 in Al-Rayyan Stadium in Qatar
during the half time break of the Final match of the
Qatar Football Cup. The award was presented to HRH
Sheikh Tamim for his outstanding leadership towards
the successful conduct of the 2006 Doha Asian Games.

The award was present to him on 28th of May 2007 in
Astana, the Capital of Kazakhstan during a courtesy
call by the President OCA in the Presidential
Palace.
