47th OCA Executive Board Meeting 29-11-2006

The 47th OCA Executive Board Meeting was held in Kuwait on 29th of November 2006, under the chairmanship of Sheikh Ahmad Al-Fahad Al-Sabah, President OCA.

The Board unanimously decided to form a 5 working committee under the chairmanship of Raja Randhir Singh, Secretary General OCA to monitor the 15th Asian Games in Doha.

The audited Statement of accounts for the year 2005 was also approved by the board. The By-Law on marketing with regard to sponsor signage and T.V Graphics were also approved by the Board.

 

During His visit to Kuwait for the IOC Executive Board Meeting H.E. Jacques Rogge, President IOC also gifted a Mercedes Van to the NOC of Iraq on 29th of November 2006.    The van was received by H.E. Sheikh Ahmad Al-Fahad Al-Sabah, President OCA  on behalf of the NOC of Iraq.
