Mr. Muttaleb
Ahmad

During the
recently concluded 24th OCA General Assembly held in
Guangzhou on 9th of September 2005, Mr. Muttaleb Ahmad in a
farewell speech requested the President OCA and the General
Assembly to be relieved of his duties as Director General.
This request was met with great emotion and sadness and one
could see tears in eyes of several delegates, who requested
Mr. Muttaleb to continue to provide his services to the OCA.
The President
OCA while acceding to the request of Mr. Muttaleb and taking
into consideration the vast emotions and request of the
Assembly appointed Mr. Muttaleb Ahmad as “Special Advisor to
the President OCA”, with full status of an Executive Board
Member of the OCA.
Mr. Muttaleb
was associated with the OCA as its Director General, since
its formation in 1982.
