Beijing, China, January 2, 2018: The Chinese Olympic Committee has a new Secretary General following the COC Plenary Session 2017 held last month in Beijing. Ms. Song Keqin, 57, has succeeded Mr. Song Luzeng as Secretary General under the COC President, Mr. Gou Zhongwen.

In a communique dated December 26, 2017 and addressed to the OCA Director General, Mr Husain Al-Musallam, Ms. Song reports that Mr. Du Zhaocai was elected Vice President of the COC and that Ms. Song was elected Secretary General at the COC Plenary Session.

“We look forward to your continuous support and cooperation,” says the new Secretary General. The COC Plenary Session was held on December 23.

The updated name list of COC leadership is as follows: President, GOU Zhongwen (Male); Honorary President, LIU Peng (M); Vice President, YANG Shu’an (M), ZHAO Yong (M), CAI Zhenhua (M), GAO Zhidan (M), LI Yingchuan (M), DU Zhaocai (M), DUAN Shijie (M), YU Zaiqing (M), FENG Jianzhong (M) and LI Lingwei (F); Secretary General, SONG Keqin (F).
