Macau NOC joins in sports carnival

Macau, China: Sunday, October 27 was sports day in Macau, China, as the Special Administrative Region held its annual Sports Carnival at Tap Seac Plaza in glorious autumnal sunshine.

Over 60 sports associations and other sports bodies, including the Sports and Olympic Committee of Macau, China, hosted promotional kiosks with games, exhibitions, demonstrations and other activities in a day of family fun from 10am to 9.30pm.

Macau NOC President and OCA Executive Board member Charles Lo was among the dignitaries at the official opening ceremony at 5pm as Macau celebrated the joy of participation in sports and the benefits of a healthy, active lifestyle.

Macau NOC kiosk attracted young and older alike with its jigsaw puzzle of the NOC crest. When participants had completed the puzzle they received a stamp on a card towards a prize from the organisers.
