Incheon, Korea: The 4th OCA IT Audit was held in Incheon, Korea, from June 25 – 27. The auditors, Mr. Manuel Gonzalez and Mr. Alfonso Sanchez, reviewed the progress of the IT and Telecommunication projects. This audit has marked the kick-off of the IT project. The main providers have been already selected by IAGOC and they actively participated in the audit sessions.

All the areas were reviewed, including the scope of the technical solution, the project organization and staffing plan, the roles and responsibilities matrix, the project management, the master plan and the fulfillment of all the OCA IT guidelines.

The overall IT project is making good progress and action plans were agreed to speed up the resolution of the main issues identified. The OCA auditors expressed their satisfaction for the outcome of the overall audit sessions and the collaboration from IT department and the main IT providers.
