Spectacular close of the 1st Asian Martial Arts Games

Asian Martial Arts Games came to a spectacular close at the Indoor Stadium, Hua Mark. Mr. Timothy Fok OCA Vice President declared the games closed and thanked H.M the King and Queen of Thailand and the government of Thailand for their support.

The ceremony was presided over by His Excellency Mr. Korbsak Sabhavasu, Deputy Prime Minister.

The highlight of the ceremony was the joyful performance of about 100 children wearing human masks that played different traditional sports and entertained the crowd.  The ceremony was opened with a breathtaking spectacular taekwondo by the children from the Thailand taekwondo federation.

At the end of the ceremony the OCA flag was officially handed over to OCA Vice President Mr. Timothy Fok by General Yuthasak Sasiprapha, President of the National Olympic Committee of Thailand.
