Lausanne, Switzerland, April 24, 2018: The IOC has announced the composition of the IOC Evaluation Commission for the 4th Summer Youth Olympic Games (YOG), which will be held in Africa in 2022. China’s IOC Member, badminton great Li Lingwei, is among the members. IOC President Thomas Bach has appointed Prof. Ugur Erdener, the IOC Vice President from Turkey, as Chair.
The IOC Evaluation Commission composition reflects the diversity of the Olympic Movement, and includes members from all continents, representing athletes, National Olympic Committees and International Federations.

The IOC Evaluation Commission 2022 will submit its report in September 2018, and the host for the YOG 2022 will be elected at the IOC Session in October 2018 in Buenos Aires.
