PyeongChang, Korea, December 4, 2017: Tickets for the highly anticipated KTX (Korea Train eXpress) line from Seoul to PyeongChang are now on sale with the high-speed train set to make its first public journey on Friday, December 22.
For those planning their trip to the PyeongChang 2018 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games and looking to take the quick and easy route there, you can purchase your tickets for the Games-period one month prior to your intended travel dates.
During Games time, KTX will transport up to 20,910 passengers each day from Incheon International Airport all the way to Jinbu (PyeongChang) and Gangneung Stations. They will operate 51 trains daily on the 1 hour 40 minutes journey allowing spectators easy access to the biggest winter sports showcase ever. Those coming from the host nation’s capital city of Seoul will be in the mountains in just 67 minutes.
